OUR LEADERSHIP

TROUBLESHOOTERS.

CHEERLEADERS.

VISIONCASTERS.

Troubleshooting by solving problems when they arise.

Cheerleading by giving the staff the encouragement they need.

Visioncasting by sensing the Lord’s direction and charting a course forward.

That is what the Bethesda leadership team strives to do – all the while desiring to emulate the servant-heartedness of Jesus.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

The BCS Administrative Team is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day management of the school, providing leadership to the teaching staff and ensuring that the school’s mission is accomplished. Team members strive to model Christlike character and to seek the Lord in their decision-making.

Our Admin Team loves our students, loves our Lord, and loves the eternally important work of spiritually sharpening the hearts and minds of the next generation.

SCHOOL BOARD

The BCS School Board exists to represent the interests and aims of Parkside Bible Church, of which Bethesda Christian School is a ministry. BCS board members are godly individuals who are dedicated to Bethesda’s mission of academic excellence with a biblical worldview.

While the majority of board members attend Parkside, the remaining members come from a variety of other local churches. The board’s primary responsibility is to hire and oversee the Head of School, ensuring that specified goals are reached and policies are upheld.
